When will my order ship?
Our goal is to process orders within 2-3 business days.
How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
Duties and taxes will be collected with your shipping costs during checkout. Please note that those costs vary based on items in your cart and order totals.
Will you ship to an international P.O. box?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes in Canada or the US.
Can you adjust the value of my order?
No, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the order.
Can all items ship internationally?
Unfortunately all 3rd Party and Dropship products on Gaiam.com cannot be shipped outside of the US. Those products will be noted on their product pages and any order containing these products will be immediately cancelled.
What shipping methods can be used to ship to Canada?
We currently only offer DHL Express shipping to Canada which will take 2-3 business days to process, plus an additional 2-5 business days to arrive.
